By the Sea events, understands that navigating the county beach rules can be a challenge. Don’t worry, we’re here to help you every of the way, from securing your permits to ensuring a smooth cleanup after your celebration. Let us take the stress out of beach policies so you can focus on enjoying your special day! Important: While we can set up a picnic at your private location, the county requires event permits on all public beaches and parks. Please contact us as we can help to obtain a permit for your event.

The Island Resort - Proposal Special (allows beach picnics with no permit fee)

In Okaloosa County a $50 County Event fee will be added to picnics of more than four people. A $100 County Fee will be added to picnics that require a total time of more than 4 hours that starts from beginning of set-up, 2-hour picnic, to break down.
