This service is ideal for those who prefer to manage their own planning but need support for their event.  ​This essential package finalizes all your plans and provides a timeline for the day, outlining crucial information such as vendor arrival times, locations, and key details.​

 

A few weeks before the wedding, you can confidently hand things over to a trusted professional, allowing you to be fully present and in the moment.

Partial Planning Coordinator $2,000 (up to 10 hours on site coverage)

  • Serve as Main Point of Contact for Vendors prior to wedding day venue, Florist, DJ, photographer, Baker, Hair and Make-up and any other associated vendors.

​Day of Coordinator for up to 50 guests $1,200 (up to 6 hours)

  • On-site Wedding Day Vendor Management acting as main point of contact for vendors

  • Create Wedding Day Timeline (2 weeks prior)

  • 1 hour Rehearsal (based on our schedule and is included with the 6 hours and not additional hour

  • 2 hours of us placing your personal items at ceremony/reception (included with the 6 hours and not additional hour)

  • Wedding Party Guidance & Support

  • Transition Decor to reception if needed​

  • ​Oversee the start of the reception to ensure your entrance

Partial Planning Services

Our Partial Planning Service is designed for couples who want guidance, structure, and expert support without the commitment of full‑service planning. After your initial consultation, we’ll provide trusted vendor recommendations, assist with any required permits, and send your marriage license application instructions 60 days before your wedding. We’re also available throughout your planning process to answer questions related to your ceremony and Day‑of Coordination.
 

Because this is a partial‑planning package, we don’t begin building your detailed wedding timeline until about 30 days before your event. At that point, we step in fully to finalize logistics, confirm details, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of your celebration.


This service does not include full‑service wedding planning or wedding design. That means we do not select attire, choose floral colors, create seating charts, manage RSVPs, attend vendor meetings, or design your overall aesthetic. If you’d like design support, this would be an additional vendor service that can be added alongside our planning package.

 

Prices are subject to change and do not include gratuity.
