This service is ideal for those who prefer to manage their own planning but need support for their event.  â€‹This essential package finalizes all your plans and provides a detailed timeline for the day, outlining crucial information such as vendor arrival times, locations, and key details.

​A few weeks before the wedding, you can confidently hand everything over to a trusted professional, allowing you to be fully present and in the moment.

​Day of Coordinating for up to 50 guests $1,200.00* (does not include venue or permit fees) 

  • (2) On-site Wedding Day Management acting as main point of contact for vendors (up to 5 hours)

  • Smooth Communication and management of pre-ceremony arrival and deliveries.

  • Vendor communication

    • Decor & Setup Vendor Oversight

    • Keep hair & makeup on schedule

  • ​Coordinate the ceremony ensuring everything goes according to your plan

    • Help wedding party stay on track

    • Distribute bouquets, boutonnieres & corsages

    • Cue music, officiant & wedding party​

    • Line up the processional

    • Manage guest seating

    • Ensure all ceremony items are in place

  • ​Oversee the start of the reception to ensure the party gets started

  • Transition Decore if needed​
